    That's good! Finally! Back in the 70's it had a million DEAD-BEAT-DADS just roaming. Now NYC is enforcing these DBD's to at least financially be responsible. I'm happy about it.

    Great idea!!! I can get my gas to get to the chicks house, 5 hour energy drink for.... , child support payment... AND Oh, that reminds me. CONDOMS!! (damn, almost slipped up again!) Now only if they did STD tests too, that would be the shit!!!!!!!
